Websites who serve ads are allowed as long as your website is something more than a simple spam ad site (ie, pill sites etc). Legit ad serving by webmaster is not penalized

When you submit your site for free to our web directory a few of the fields you enter in the submission process are important to take note of for seo. Listed below are what they are and what they are used for
- Site Title is used for both the <a href> text aswell as the href title text
- Site Tags are used when people perform a search and to place you in categories
Site tags are great for getting your site returned in searches as well as being included in multiple categories. Seperate tags via commas and when someone searches for a word that you have tagged on your submission it will be returned. For example if you have a site submitted with the tags "playstation 3, ps3, cheats" anytime someone searches on those 3 words you will come up.
